Donald J. Trump has today filed plans to erect a sixty-four story tower on a portion of the Frontier Hotel property located directly adjacent to the world famous Fashion Show Mall and adjacent to the new Steve Wynn property on the Las Vegas Strip. Trump International Hotel and Tower will front on Fashion Show Drive, just off the strip, and be directly across from the main entrance to Nordstrom and Robinsons-May department stores. It will be the tallest building in Las Vegas. A sales office will be constructed on the corner of Fashion Show Drive and Las Vegas Boulevard. Trump International Hotel and Tower is a joint venture between Mr. Trump and his good friend Phil Ruffin, who owns the Frontier Hotel. Mr. Ruffin says, "I couldn't have a better partner and I know the project will be a great success for Las Vegas and all concerned!"

Construction is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2005. When completed, Trump International Hotel and Tower will be the most luxurious hotel and condominium yet built in Las Vegas. The 1,600,000 square foot building will be divided into over 1,000 sumptuous condominium hotel units ranging in size from 636 square feet to 1,057 square feet with combinations of 1,693 square feet , and 50 exquisite residential homes ranging in size from 3,000 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. Each use will have a separate lobby. Luxurious amenities will include a super-luxury spa and salon as well as fine restaurants. Guests and residents, alike, will be pampered with full world-class hotel services.

The planned 645 foot tall tower, clad in 24K gold glass with sparkling white accents, is designed by Bergman, Walls and Associates, Ltd. Architects of Las Vegas.

Patterned after Mr. Trump's extremely successful Trump International Hotel and Tower at One Central Park West (in Manhattan), which was just voted the best hotel in New York by Travel and Leisure and the New York Post, Trump International Las Vegas is sure to cause a giant stir.
