Three of the top penthouses at the Trump International Hotel & Towers are going to the brain trust behind the 64-story tower.

Donald Trump will reside in the 63rd-floor penthouse. New Frontier owner Phil Ruffin has the 62nd-floor penthouse, and Jack Wishna, who put together the deal, will have the 60th-floor penthouse,

The top floor penthouse has been purchased by an unidentified buyer for "mucho, mucho bucks," said Wishna.
