FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LAS VEGAS, NV. (April 19) - Donald J. Trump and hotel/casino developer Philip Ruffin today announced a joint venture to build a 60-story, 300 unit, super-luxury condominium tower. The building will be directly across from the entry to the new Nordstrom department store in the rebuilt Fashion Show Mall, less than a block from Las Vegas Boulevard.
"Trump Tower Las Vegas" will comprise a single, dramatic tower surrounded by almost 150,000 square feet of lavish landscaping. A private driveway will provide secure access from Fashion Show Drive. This location offers owners access to the amenities of Las Vegas Boulevard, without the automobile or visitor traffic.
"We are going to bring a level of quality design, construction, services and amenities in high-rise development that Las Vegas has not yet seen," said Trump. "This part of the Strip is experiencing a surge in new development and our location enjoys the benefits and excitement of the Strip, with an elegance that can only be achieved in a location like ours," he added. Phil Ruffin explained, "I brought the best development site in Las Vegas to the best luxury developer in the country - we anticipate phenomenal success."
