Boyd Gaming Signs Newton to One of the Biggest Entertainment Contracts
In Exclusive Stardust Deal and Renames Showroom After the Las Vegas Legend

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD),
owner of Las Vegas' famed Stardust Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas strip,
announced today an exclusive deal with legendary performer Wayne Newton,
internationally known as "Mr. Las Vegas." In what is one of the biggest
contracts in entertainment history, the deal calls for Newton to headline
exclusively at the Stardust Resort and Casino for 40 weeks a year up to 10
years. In honor of this signing, the Stardust Resort is renaming their
celebrated showroom the Wayne Newton Theater.
