Letter of Intent to develop a unique and spectacular themed resort hotel and entertainment complex.

Michael Flatley is the creator of RIVERDANCE, LORD OF THE DANCE, and FEET OF FLAMES shows that have toured the world to sold-out arena's and have garnered rave reviews. These three shows alone have collectively surpassed a "Billion Dollars" in box office receipts earning him the moniker "The Billion Dollar Showman".

The new project is part of Michael Flatley's plan to build a chain of themed resorts and entertainment complexes around the globe, with a corporate strategy and business plan for similar projects to be constructed in Moscow, Tokyo, London & China.

This inaugural project will include a twenty five hundred room hotel, a full gaming facility, and an entertainment project that is both unique and groundbreaking for the hospitality industry as well as the international community.

Design & concept plans are expected to be finalized within the next few months at which time Michael Flatley will conduct a worldwide press initiative and simulcast announcing the specific details, designs and plans for this innovative project.
