CPAmerica works with PETER MORTON to create a 'hip' 'new'
resort hotel, casino and entertainment project as part of an expansion of the Peter Morton Hotel Group
Las Vegas, NV (April 5)/ PRNewswire/ -- Jack Wishna, President & Chief Executive Officer of CPAmerica, Inc. announced today that Peter Morton the hotelier and business entrepreneur has signed a Letter of Intent to develop a unique and spectacular themed resort hotel and entertainment complex.
Peter Morton opened the first Hard Rock Cafe in London in 1971 and built the chain of cafes worldwide before expanding the Rock & Roll theme to casino resorts. Peter Morton created and designed The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in March 1985 in Las Vegas under the Peter Morton Hotel brand.
The new project is part of Peter Morton's plan to expand his brand of resorts and entertainment complexes.
This innovative project will include a one thousand five hundred room hotel, a five hundred room timeshare component, a full gaming facility, and an entertainment project that is both unique and groundbreaking within the hospitality industry.
Design & concept plans are expected to be finalized within the next few months at which time the designs will be made public.
